An annual exhibition of pewter is held in May at Pewterers’ Hall.

The annual European Design Competition organised by the Pewterers Company since 1988 promotes the use of pewter and innovation in design. It comprises two separate competitions, one exclusively for students of all ages from colleges and universities, and the other an open competition. The Pewterers Company is proud to support the trade and Pewter Live always strives to provide a platform for manufacturers and designers via the shop which operates during the exhibition.
By popular demand we will run a series of free workshops and talks on contemporary pewter craft hosted by accomplished designers and industry experts. There will also be an impressive range of contemporary pewter for sale.
